What to expect after you email us.

How fast will you reply?
Within 48 working hours, from a real person — a sales manager covering your market. No automated replies, no chatbots. If your enquiry lands on a weekend or during August (partial Spanish industrial break), expect a Monday reply.
Can we visit a factory?
Yes — we recommend it. Factory visits are arranged within 1–2 weeks notice, typically a full-day workshop tour across 2–3 partner factories in Elche and the Alicante province. We organise transport and translation.
In what language should I write?
English, German, French or Spanish — native-level in all four. Other languages (Italian, Dutch, Scandinavian, Portuguese) we handle but reply in English unless you prefer otherwise. Please write in whichever language is most natural for your team.
