The showroom is open to buyers year-round by appointment. Alicante–Elche airport is 15 minutes by taxi. Madrid is 3.5 hours by high-speed rail. Book a visit and we meet you at the airport, host you in the showroom, and take you into 2–3 partner workshops the following day.

Two fairs a year, one showroom every day.

If you are travelling to MICAM or Expo Riva Schuh, book a slot at our booth ahead of time — both fairs fill out our calendars two weeks in advance. Outside fair season, Elche is the place.

What to expect after you email us.

How fast will you reply?
Within 48 working hours, from a real person — a sales manager covering your market. No automated replies, no chatbots. If your enquiry lands on a weekend or during August (partial Spanish industrial break), expect a Monday reply.
What do I get in the first reply?
A tailored preview: 15–30 catalogue models that match your brief, with images, tech specs, FOB prices, MOQs and the first available production slot. If your brief sits closer to custom development, you get a construction-method recommendation and an indicative FOB cost band instead.
Do I have to commit to anything to receive the catalogue?
No. The first catalogue preview and the discovery call are both free. We only invoice once you place a confirmed purchase order for samples or production. No NDAs required upfront; we sign a mutual NDA at kick-off when custom development starts.
Can we visit your showroom or a factory?
Yes. The Elche showroom is open year-round by appointment. Factory visits are arranged within 1–2 weeks notice, typically half-day showroom + full-day workshop tour across 2–3 partners. Alicante–Elche airport is 15 minutes by taxi from the showroom.
In what language should I write?
English, German, French or Spanish — native-level in all four. Other languages (Italian, Dutch, Scandinavian, Portuguese) we handle but reply in English unless you prefer otherwise. Please write in whichever language is most natural for your team.
